Alleged Theft of Golf Gloves Tees Off Lower Mac Store Officials

The following information was supplied by troopers at the barracks in Fogelsville. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

The following incidents recently were reported by state police at Fogelsville:

Charged: Amanda Kuncewitch, 27, of Breinigsville, at 8 a.m. May 27 with violating a Protection-from-Abuse Order; police said she violated an emerergency PFA Order at a Cold Spring Road address by having improper communication with a victim.

Charged: Azfar Ali, 51, of Macungie at 4:11 p.m. June 10 with harassment; police said a physical altercation occurred at 7088 Hearth Lane with women ages 44 and 18; charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner.

Burglary: Reported June 12 by Jessie Wayne Matelesko in the 1700 block of Brookside Road; two 14-year-old boys suspected of entering an unlocked shed in the backyard; one was detained by the victim, police said; charges pending.

Disorderly conduct: Reported June 18 by Kathleen Susan Cunfer at 6532 Hickory Road; an obscenity was written on the right rear vehicle window, police said.

Criminal mischief: Reported June 11 by Siraj Mohammed Dalal at 6520 Hickory Road; eggs thrown on driveway, police said.

Charged: Travis Michael Lee Clark, 29, of 4761 Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, May 22 with retail theft; attempted to take four pairs of golf gloves and two ear buds without paying for them at Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, police said; $82.44 value.
