A letter to the editor complains that Garrett Rhoads and the Eastern PA Business Owners sponsored an electronics recycling event at Willow Lane Elementary School. At a meeting of the Angel Networks of the East Penn schools, Mr. Rhoads offered to collect donations on their behalf at the recycling event, which he presented solely as a service to the community. But the writer says she disapproves of the fact that Rhoads campaigned for school board while at the event.
