Condoms, Yu-Gi-Oh Cards Stolen from Wal-Mart
The following information was supplied by troopers at the barracks in Fogelsville. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The following are Lower Macungie Township incidents recently released by state police at Fogelsville:
Theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake: Reported April 16 by William Willever, 88, of Breinigsville at Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; several recently purchased items that were mislaid in a shopping cart were taken in the parking lot, police said; no value given.
Charged: Corey Andrew Romero, 18, of Emmaus; at 2:49 a.m. April 22 with underage drinking; police said he had consumed alcohol and was found walking down Cedar Crest Boulevard at Riverbend Road.
Charged: Dana Carole Evans, 44, of Alburtis; April 24 with retail theft; filled her vehicle with $51.46 woth of gasoline at the Giant Food Stores gas station at 7150 Hamilton Blvd. and drove away without paying, police said.
Charged: 14-year-old boy from Allentown; May 4 with retail theft at Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; items including Yu-Gi-Oh trading cards and protective cases and condoms taken from the store without paying, police said; $37.96 total value; summary citation issued.
Charged: 17-year-old girl from Allentown; May 5 with retail theft at Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; concealed several unspecified items in her purse and attempted to leave the store without paying, police said; $67.44 value.
