Jaindl Will Appeal Court Ruling On Zoning
County judge's ruling threw a wrench in developer's plans
David Jaindl intends to challenge a county court decision that affects a land development project he is pursuing in Lower Macungie Township, according to this Morning Call report.
Lehigh County Judge Michele Varricchio ruled last week that the zoning ordinance that would allow David Jaindl to build a mix of warehouses, commercial buildings and hundreds of homes on 600 acres of prime Lower Macungie farmland is invalid.

He can appeal all he wants. The BOC better not be involved in the appeal and before any decisions are made the citizens of the township better be informed

I wonder what Emperor Jaindl and Lord Zator will try to pull?

Spring creek road is prone to flooding, and this year is a prime example. I wonder if anyone has given thought to all the run off from Jaindl’s proposed development that will find it’s way into the creek that floods Spring Creek Road. Vince

When will Janidl realize that he does not control all the people in the county, just certain ones

It's very obvious to me he controls the BOC, with the public outcry that they don't want this, and then the BOC voting to go along with Jaindl......I can't wait for the next election, one by one, this BOC will be losing their seats
