Police: Man Stole Tires at Lower Macungie Dealership
Allentown man is accused of taking 19 used tires from Becker Subaru on Hamilton Boulevard, state police say.
An Allentown man was charged with theft after allegedly taking 19 used tires from Becker Subaru in Lower Macungie Township.
State Police at Fogelsville said Luis Hernandez, 38, drove up to a stack of used tires at Becker Subaru at 4611 Hamilton Blvd. about 4:40 p.m. July 17. He’s accused of then throwing 19 tires in the back of his truck bed before leaving the parking lot.
Trooper Tyler Burgess said Hernandez will be sent a summons on the charge.

He will be sent a summons. Isn't that just wonderful!! I guess I should just go out and start taking things from people and see what happens. Why wasn't he arrested and sent to jail? Stealing isn't a big crime anymore? If that's true, I should go borrow some cars from people I don't know... SICKENING!!

Stealing is stealing and I can't stand reading these articles anymore. What the hell is wrong with this country.. And people wonder why other countries think Americans are stupid. Maybe because it is true... Ok..Done venting now.. on to the next ridiculous article.

We have to little of information to be calling it a theft. Really come on used tires, are them the same used tires the dealership most likly charged the customer to get rid of them, so now we are charging some guy with a crime for freely removing them at no charge to the dealership which end up in a landfill way before the real tire life was over. I'd call the same guy your calling a bad person a earth friendly person.
I'm just sick of the countless hours of tax payers money going after this type of " lol" crime. Get real people whos the victom here
