Man Charged for Reckless Use of Smoothie
The following arrest information was supplied by the Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville. It does not indicate a conviction.
Recent Lower Macungie incidents reported by state police:
Criminal trespass: Reported Feb. 18 at 3539 Vista Drive, Macungie; residence owned by Safe Guard Properties of Valley View, Ohio, was illegally entered but was undamaged, police said; no report of missing items.
Charged: Jeffery S. Martin, 28 of Emmaus with disorderly conduct; threw a plastic smoothie ice drink container onto a vehicle driven by Nichole Kreiger, 21 of Emmaus at 3:18 p.m. Feb. 19 at Lower Macungie and Brookside roads, police said; charges brought in Magisterial Distict Court of Michael Faulkner.

Charged: Aubrey Bauer, 20, of the 6400 block of Pioneer Drive, Macungie, and Peter Budick, 20, of the 700 block of Fernwood Street, Emmaus; Feb. 26 for drug possession after police said they found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a 1:20 a.m. traffic stop at Willow and Pine Crest lanes for a faulty headlight.
