Missing Lower Milford Teen Found in New Jersey
Family of Brody Reidmiller, 17, of Lower Milford reports teen was found in Wildwood, NJ
A Lower Milford family is thanking the community for its support after a missing teen was located late this afternoon in New Jersey.
Brody Reidmiller, 17, of Lower Milford was found in Wildwood, NJ five days after his mother reported him missing to police.
The family released this statement:
"Brody Reidmiller was found safe in Wildwood. His family would like to thank everyone who helped look for him and kept him in their prayers."
Though an argument over the phone precipitated the teen's disappearance, Reidmiller's mother, Gwen Gerhart, says she talked to him at around 1pm on Aug. 15, and he said he would call her back.
Gerhart said he had a small sum of money with him and may have been in the Lehigh Valley. Reidmiller's family looked for him in areas with family significance, and Wildwood was one of the places. Others were Lake Nockamixon in Bucks County, Cape May -- also at the Jersey shore, and Key West, FL.
