More Eggs Pelt Lower Macungie Property
Two more homes and a vehicle are splattered, police say.
Easter has come a little early to some portions of Lower Macungie Township, but not all are celebrating the joys of the season.
As if chickens won't have enough to do with in producing all those eggs for area children, some may be squawking about the overtime that will be needed to lay extra ones to replace those recently scrambled when thrown at homes and vehicles.
On March 17, two nearby residences were hit about 9:45 p.m., according to state police at Fogelsville. Marc Bartolomet and Kathy McKeever reported homes at 6645 Sauterne Drive and 2273 Chablis Drive pelted with eggs.
Police also reported that an egg was splattered against the passenger-side door of a vehicle owned by Danial Richard Miller of 2671 Thistle Road between 7:45 and 9:10 p.m. March 19.
Police did not say whether any permanent damage was done to property in the criminal mischief incidents.
