Pair Threaten Wescosville Man, Police Say

The following Lower Macungie Township incidents have been reported by state police. They do not indicate conviction.

 

Theft from motor vehicle: Reported by Lynnette Marie Schutt at 4615 N. Hedgerow Drive; silver necklace stolen from vehicle sometime March 1-3, police said; no value given.

Charged: Joseph Myers, 22, of Allentown with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; employees saw him tuck four DVDs into his pants at 11:09 a.m. March 5 and attempt to leave the store without paying, police said; no value given.

Terroristic threats: Reported Feb. 26 by Alfonso Velez, 32, of the 1100 block of Pine Grove Circle; victim was approached by two people who made threatening statements to him on Feb. 26, police said; no further information available.

Theft: Reported March 10 by a female resident of Fieldview Drive; victim discovered several pieces of jewelry missing from her bedroom, police said; no value given.

Charged: Felicia Cespedes, 41, of Allentown, with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; stole two Razor scooters about 12:30 p.m. March 10, police said; $101.94 value.

Charged: Keith Langley Gorton, 56, of Timberknoll Drive at 5:23 p.m. March 8 with simple assault; injured woman's finger in attempt to grab a telephone from her hand, police said.

Charged: Spencer Lauren Jones, 19, of Allentown at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, at 5:15 p.m. March 9 with retail theft; attempted to leave the store without paying for $105.79 in merchandise without paying, police said.

Attempted theft from motor vehicle: Reported by Alex Bastien of 999 Barnside Road; someone rummaged through his unlocked vehicle between 1:40 and 11 a.m. March 8 in his driveway, police said; nothing taken.

Theft: Reported by Donald Crompton at 4090 Mountain Road; Craftsman and Stanley tool boxes with tools stolen between Feb. 8 and 14, police said; no value given.
