6 Bags of Trash Dumped in Lower Macungie Park

The following Lower Macungie Township arrest information was supplied by the state police at Fogelsville. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Charged: Nicole Kilareski of Macungie; cited for criminal mischief for intentionally breaking a window belonging to Mary Hutters of the 5600 block of Wood Lane at 10 p.m. Dec. 23, police said; no value of loss given.

Criminal mischief: Reported by Jennifer McKenna of 7080 Periwinkle Drive; garage door reported dented at 11 p.m. Jan. 19, police said; no value of loss given.

Theft: Reported by David Mendlewski of 2697 Brookside Road; white iPad 2 taken from the home between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Oct. 25, police said; no value of loss given.

Theft of services: Six bags of garbage dumped in trash container at Leons Park at Spring Creek Road and Red Oak Lane between Jan. 4 and 7, police said.
