State Police at Fogelsville recently released reports of several Lower Macungie incidents:

Charged: Jason Chicowicz, 31, of Easton with harassment at 2 p.m. June 2 in Quarry Park at 7500 Quarry Road; Chicowicz approached a 14-year-old who was playing lacrosse on a sports field and grabbed him by the throat and used profane language, police said.

Charged: Gabriel Fernando Mesa, 48, of an unspecified address, at 3 a.m. June 2 with simple assault; unspecified victim suffered multiple unspecified injuries, according to police; Mesa was charged with simple assault and harassment and arrested.

Criminal mischief: Reported May 23 by Stephanie L. Steigerwalt of 1093 Pine Grove Circle; rocks thrown at vehicle, causing minor damage to vehilce hood, police said; no value given.

Retail theft: Reported May 25 by Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; an unspecified amount of baby formula stolen from store, police said; $254.34 value.

Charged: Holly Bruch, 28, of Mertztown; May 25 with retail theft at Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; accused put three make-up items in her purse and tried to leave store without paying, police said; $35.96 total value.

Theft from motor vehicle: Reported May 15 by Joan Titorenko Reyes of 5489 Princeton Road; unlocked vehicles entered and GPS was taken, police said; $150 estimated value.

Criminal mischief: Reported May 31 by Michele Garcia of 2602 Rolling Green Drive; lid of gas grill located on porch was dented, police said.

Charged: Troy Michael Findlay, 18, of Alburtis May 10 at Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; took various items and attempted to leave the store without paying, police said; $28.55 value.

Charged: Andres Lopez, 33, of Allentown May 22 with retail theft at Kohl's Department Store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd.; attempted to take men's clothing items from the store without paying, police said; $160.98 value.
