Police: Grange's Merry-Go-Round Smashed

The following Lower Macungie incidents recently were released by state police at Fogelsville:
Theft: Reported by officials at Wescosville Elementary School, 1064 Liberty Lane; 30 DVD movies taken between June 12 and July 31, police said; movies returned and suspect noted by police; investigation continues.
Criminal mischief: Reported by officials at the Trexlertown Community Grange, 1185 Grange Road; merry-go-round smashed between Aug. 3 and 6, police said; no value given; anyone with information is asked to call police at 610-395-1438.
Criminal mischief: Reported at residence at 923 Brookside Road; broken bathroom window between Aug. 15 and 21, police said; no value given.
Retail theft: Reported at Wine and Spirits Shoppe, 6900 Hamilton Blvd.; two bottles of liquor placed under the shirt of a man who left without paying at 12:11 p.m. Aug. 21, police said; no description of man, but he drove a black coupe.
