Man, 22, charged with raping girl, 16, along Eagle Street in Lower Macungie
A 22-year-old Wescosville man is in jail after being charged with raping a girl, 16, in his vehicle in Lower Macungie on March 1.
Joshua W. James is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 3, according to a Morning Call report.
Police said two boys saw the girl sobbing after the alleged attack, which happened along Eagle Street near Kart Drive between 7 and 8 p.m., according to Lehigh Valley Live.
