With our latest charity event nearly planned, I wondered how we could crank it up and take the Perfectly Pink Purse Party "up a notch," as Emeril would say.

The funds we're raising go to an awesome local charity, Lehigh Valley Health Network's PINK RIBBON FUND.  It benefits breast cancer patients who are struggling financially while undergoing treatment.  

During a lunch at the Blackforest Deli, I met Nina from Anthony Ashley Hair Design in Allentown.  We giggled alot and started to really brainstorm.  The idea was born.  Let's "PINKIFY" me!

Bottom line, if we raise $500 for this piece of the puzzle, I will be "PINKIFIED."  Through the generous donation of their hair bedazzling skills, the now platinum top that resides on my head will magically match a wad of Double Bubble.

If not, drop by our office by Oct. 9 with your cash or check donation.  And be sure to attend the Perfectly Pink Purse Party on Oct. 12 from 5-8pm at Boston's Restaurant, 327 Star Road in Allentown.  Purses will be sold from $1 and up, lots of prizes, raffles, live music and the unveiling of the PERFECTLY PINK POOF atop my head!
