Storm-related darkness will not interfere with Trick-or-Treat times in the boroughs of Macungie and Alburtis. Macungie and Alburtis will hold the annual ritual 6-8 p.m. tonight. Macungie Mayor Rick Hoffman signed an emergency disaster declaration for the Borough of Macungie on Monday. Macungie Council President Jean Nagle made the decision Wednesday not to postpone Trick-or-Treat in Macungie. Lower Macungie Township has changed the time of its Trick-or-Treat to 3-6 p.m. Saturday.
