Do you have any old household appliances or other scrap metal lying around? Sure you do, don’t we all? The Perkasie Fire Company will be accepting these items and recycling them ecologically. Our collection site will be open on October 23rd from 8:00 am to 11:00 am at Schoeller’s Inc., located at 419 S. 5th Street, Perkasie, PA 18944 (across from Menlo Park).
So if you are looking for some extra space in your house, garage or shed, bring them by and we’ll dispose of them for you. Any appliances with refrigerants, (refrigerators, freezers, air-conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc..) will be accepted for a small donation of $30 to properly remove the potentially harmful chemical.
