Sun Shines on Saturday's Wlazelek Auction

Record numbers turn out for the gallery sale in Lower Macungie Township.

Wlazelek Auction Gallery is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Lehigh Valley for nearly 50 years. The auction was founded by Walter Wlazelek in the 1930s with barn and house sales which later became the "gallery" in the early 1960s. In the late 70s Paul Wlazelek (his son) took over and continued the family tradition until his untimely death in June 2009. The business is now being run by his wife Daisy.

Not only will you find great items, you will also be able to enjoy delicious food in the "Foodergong." The concession was started by Ann Wlazelek during the 60s and is now run by her daughter Mary Ann Kutish. Mary Ann is an accomplished pastry chef and makes all the pies and cakes as well as cooking all the food for the concession (with help from her husband Dan).
