Lock Ridge Park Voted Best in Lower Macungie Patch
There were so many beautiful places from which to choose.
The results are in and Lock Ridge Park was voted the best in Lower Macungie Patch.
The gorgeous former mill received 32 percent of the vote and edged out Macungie Memorial Park, also gorgeous, which had with 25 percent of the vote.
Voter turnout was surprisingly low, and we even added Camp Olympic when a reader mentioned it was missing from our list of possibilities. But the list of parks was long and it was tough to pick just one favorite. As an aside, it's somehow really nice to know that we have more parks in our Patch than fast food restaurants!
