Macungie Farmer's Market

Macungie Farmer's Market opens for the season on Thursday, June 6th at 4 p.m. in Macungie Memorial Park.

The 2013 season of Macungie Farmers’ Market will open on Thursday, June 6th at 4 p.m. in Macungie Memorial Park, at the Walnut Street entrance.  The Market will be open every Thursday, 4 – 7 p.m., June through October, with the exception of July 4th and August 22nd.  The Macungie Farmers Market hosts 19 vendors selling locally grown produce, meat, honey, and plants as well as delicious artisan food products, arts and crafts.  Additions to the Market this year includes, gourmet fudge; Chevre; Greek yogurt; raw, gluten and dairy free baked goods; maple syrup, maple syrup products; and gourmet jams and jellies. 

Opening day festivities include Bob the Bike Man with his eclectic collection of
bicycles; Gary Baier on guitar providing acoustic music; Town Beautification
Committee in the Community Booth selling apple dumplings for their fundraiser;
Artists with a Heart is this week’s crafter and Kid’s Corner will be planting
sunflower and pumpkin seeds. 


The Vendor of the Week is The Popcorn Pit sponsoring the weekly raffle.  Sign up at the Information Booth.
