7th Annual Troop Support Program Continues Through Nov. 10

The Seventh Annual Troop Support Program at Lower Macungie Community Center is continuing to accept donated items through Nov. 10 at the center.

We welcome the donations of the following new items: 

Toiletries, Playing Cards & Games, Batteries, Snacks, Tablets, Pens, Markers, Pencils, Air Fresheners, Footballs, Gum & Candy (no chocolate), Dried Foods (no pork), Sheets (twin-size), Socks (brown or black), Paint Brushes (to brush sand off items), Pre-packaged individual fruit cup, pudding, applesauce and raisins.

In addition, we are partnering with "Cell Phones for Soldiers." 

Please consider donating your old cell phone, which will be recycled into prepaid calling cards to help U.S. troops stationed overseas call home.  Each recycled cell phone provides an hour of talk time to soldiers abroad.

Help us bring a little sunshine to our loved ones who are serving our country and won't be home for the Holiday Season!
