$1M in Projects Move Forward in Macungie

Macungie Council on Monday voted unanimously to go forward with three capital projects in the borough.

The seven people who have filed suit again and again in opposition to David Jaindl's Spring Creek Development plan were ordered by Lehigh County Judge Michele Varricchio to pay a $275,000 bond if they wish to continue with their request that the Pa. Supreme Court consider their case. They don't have the money, their attorney says.
