Take 'Anything With a Plug' to Be Recycled

Lehigh County sponsors the spring recycling event.

Since January's enactment of the Pennsylvania Covered Device Recycling Act, it is illegal to throw electronic equipment in the trash.

But Lehigh County has stepped up to solve that problem with a recycling event, free to all residents of Lehigh County, to be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 13 at three locations:

  • Olympus Corp., 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley
  • Lowe's Home Improvement, 1235 Martin Court, Bethlehem
  • Lehigh Carbon Community College, 4525 Education Park Drive, Schnecksville
