Paul R. Glowatsky, 75, of Hazle Township, Luzerne County, formerly of Minesite Road, Allentown, died Wednesday in Hazleton General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Lucille M. ‘Peggy’ (Benner) Glowatsky, who died in 1998. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Louis and Anna (Bobis) Glowatsky. He was a groundskeeper at Lehigh Country Club for over 30 years. His interests included polka music and wrestling.
Survivors:
Daughter, Connie M., wife of Chris Moore, of Mertztown; sisters, Dolores Kuhns and Gertrude Decking, both of Allentown, and MaryAnn Geisinger of Kutztown, and his companion, Sandy Ecker. He was predeceased by a sister, Louise Hoppes.
Service:
10:30 a.m. Monday in Schmoyer Funeral Home, 8926 Brookdale Road,
Breinigsville. A calling hour will begin at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in
Emmaus Moravian Cemetery.
