Speeding through the 15mph School Zone Continues at Willow Lane

Well nothing has changed, after dropping off and exiting onto Mill Creek a cargo van sped through the school zone. I think it said Coopersburg or Coopers plumbing, it looked like it had a bunch of red "C"s on it. It may have been  light grey or white. Then I saw a black mercedes fly through and turn into Brandywine Neighborhood at the top of the hill. It's truly unbelievable how people ignore the FLASHING 15mph Sign. They need a camera that takes photos automatically of speeders since we can't get police  there on a daily basis. Here is a video all the speeders should watch:
