Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning on S. Krocks Road in Lower Macungie.
One of the cars flipped three times. A 2-year-old boy in that car was not injured but was taken to the hospital as a precaution, state police said. The driver, Ying Wang, 28, of Macungie was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest for treatment of injuries.
The other driver, Kevin Gomez, 24, of Wescosville, also was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest for treatment of injuries. A 5-year-old boy in that car was not injured, police said.
According to police, Gomez was traveling east on S. Krocks Road shortly before 10 a.m. and crossed into westbound traffic while driving through a curve. He struck Wang's car, which spun and flipped over three times.
The drivers had injuries to their hands and face. Gomez also had a neck injury, police said.
