$350 Taken From Willow Lane Elementary Book Fair, Police Say

Money is reportedly taken from fund-raising sale at Willow Lane Elementary.

A school book fair may wind up teaching a lesson one way or another.

Specifically, state police at Fogelsville said a theft of about $350 was reported Nov. 15 at Willow Lane Elementary School at 6135 Sauerkraut Lane. The money was taken between 9 and 11:15 a.m.

No suspects are listed in the police report, but should anyone be caught, presumably they will receive a lesson from the punishment for their dishonesty.

If no one is caught and no restitution is received, the school students may directly or indirectly receive a lesson that not everyone in this world is honest and that theft hurts everyone
