Customer Threatens McDonald's Worker, Police Say
Lower Macungie patron threatens fast-food employee then refuses to leave the restaurant, troopers report.
Apparently, a Lower Macungie Township man didn't get the memo that boldly proclaims the fast-food giant McDonald's slogan "I'm lovin' it."
Or, perhaps he simply disagreed with the assessment during a recent visit to the restaurant at 6479 Village Lane in the township.
Police didn't say what started an altercation between a McDonald's employee and the patron, but this much is sure: Neither one was lovin' it.

State police at Fogelsville only identified the patron as a 50-year-old man from the 1700 block of Pinewind Drive. The 12:56 p.m. Jan. 31 altercation with the 34-year-old McDonald's worker escalated to the point of the customer threatening the employee, police said. The patron next refused to leave.
Police did not provide further detail, but indicated that the customer was charged with harassment.
