Update: Coroner Says Emmaus Woman Died in Lower Macungie Road Crash

The crash occurred just after 3 p.m. in front of Lower Macungie Middle School.

A 41-year-old Emmaus woman was killed Wednesday afternoon as the result of a motor vehicle accident in front of

Brandi Kralik was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash that occurred on Lower Macungie Road just after 3 p.m., according to Lehigh County Deputy Coroner David Krause.

An autopsy will be performed Thursday to determine the exact cause of death, he said in a release.

Kralik was driving one of the two vehicles involved in the accident, he said.

Preliminary reports say others were injured in the two-vehicle crash.

Lower Macungie Road was closed for more than three hours as a result of the accident.
