Feces Delivered in Lower Macungie Mailbox, Police Say
Whether a Halloween prank, revenge or random criminal mischief, the act has an air of annoyance.
There was a trick but no treat to what might be presumed to a pre-Halloween prank played recently at a home in Lower Macungie Township.
Either that . . . or the resident really annoyed somebody.
According to state police at Fogelsville, a 36-year-old resident of Chablis Drive reported that he arrived home to find feces inside his mailbox. No word on whether it was sent special delivery or Parcel Post.

The homeowner estimated the incident occurred between 9 p.m. Oct. 5 and noon on Oct. 6, police said. The incident was classified as criminal mischief.
