Young Driver Hurt in Lower Macungie Crash
The Sunday night incident occurred on East Texas Road.
An Allentown girl was the victim of a serious accident Aug. 14 along East Texas Road in Lower Macungie Township, according to State Police at Fogelsville.
Taylor N. Liebowitz, 17, was traveling eastbound on East Texas Road, near the Pennsylvania Turnpike overpass, just after 9:30 p.m. when she lost control of her car, hit a pole and spun two or three times before coming to rest with half her car on the road and half on the shoulder, police said.
Macungie Ambulance took her to Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest with injuries of "unknown severity," according to the police report.

She was in critical condition Monday night, according to a report in The Morning Call.
