Harrassment Charges Abound in Lower Mac

Charged: Robert Martin Roof, 46, with harassment Aug. 2; physically attacked Brandon Mitchell Hall, 36, of Bethlehem at 6347 Pinecrest Lane, police said; victim sustained minor eye and arm injuries; charges filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner of Upper Macungie Townshp.
Charged: George Myers, 23, and Candice Messinger, 21, both with harassment Aug 2; verbal altercation led to physical fight between the two at 4208 Ravenswood Road, police said; citations issued.

Charged: Unnamed 39-year-old woman at 2382 Silvano Drive with harassment Aug. 5; punched in the head a 42-year-old man at that address, police said.
Charged: Female juvenile in the 6300 block of Manzanita Drive with harassment Aug. 7; 49-year-old woman received minor scratches during altercation, police said.

Theft: Reported by Wells Fargo Bank and Lehigh Valley Hospital; two air-conditioning units taken between July 1 and Aug. 3 from outside a vacant residence at 2660 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., police said; wires cut to both for removal; no value given.
Charged: Kevin Gitogoh Kabiru, 19, of Hunt Drive; Aug. 2 with underage drinking in the area of 2091 Willow Lane, police said; citation issued.
Charged: Ashley Jayne Lederach, 20, of Hereford, Berks County, Aug. 1 with retail theft at , 1091 Mill Creek Road; attempted to take several items valued at $139.46 from the store without paying, police said; detained by Loss Prevention personnel; citation issued.
Charged: Matthew Kutoloski of Allentown and Reuben Veitch of Walnutport Aug. 7 with theft by deception at , 1091 Mill Creek Road; took items that they didn't pay for and attempted to return them for refund, police said.
