Juveniles Charged in Scuffle Over Unpaid Debt
Argument at Lower Mac home was about $20 loan to get nails painted, police say.
The nails might have looked beautiful, but the behavior was anything but polished recently as two teens were cited for harassment at a Lower Macungie Township home.
Trouble began at 4:05 p.m. March 25, . A 17-year-old Whitehall Township boy came to the home at 1083 Pine Grove Circle and demanded the return of $20 he lent a 16-year-old girl there to get her nails painted. The girl refused to pay, which led to a physical altercation.
Police did not note any injuries but said that both juveniles were charged with harassment.
