Lower Mac Woman Reports $18,000 Jewelry Theft
Gold ring and bracelet with rubies and diamonds were taken from home, police say.
A woman recently reported a jewelry theft worth $18,000 from her Lower Macungie home, according to police.
The woman, identified by as being 60 and living in the 1600 block of Riverbend Road, reported the theft about 3 p.m. March 13. She said two items were taken: a gold ring that included a ruby and two diamonds, and a gold bracelet with three rubies.
The woman estimated the items were taken between 8:30 a.m. March 12 and 1:40 p.m. March 13, police said.
