Fake Check Sent in Craigslist Sale
A woman selling furniture online was sent a fake check, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
A 55-year-old Lower Macungie Township woman selling furniture through Craigslist was sent a fake check, according to state police at Fogelsville.
The check was turned into the Fraud Department at Bank of America, police say.
The woman did not send the furniture or cash the check, according to police.
