Man Allegedly Threatened to Shoot Woman in Head in Lower Mac

The following information was supplied by troopers at the barracks in Fogelsville. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following Lower Macungie Township incidents recently were reported by :

Charged: An unidentified 53-year-old man with terroristic threats May 22; threatened to shoot an unidentified 47-year-old woman following an arugment at 11 p.m. in the 4900 block of Meadowview Drive, police said; arrested and taken to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center for processing.

Charged: Ernesto J. Marrero, 36, of Wescosville with simple assault and harassment; pushed and choked a 35-year-old Wescosville woman at 10:35 a.m. May 11 at 1081 Pine Grove Circle, police said; charges filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner.

Charged: Shane Gibbs Jr., 24, of Allentown and two 17-year-old girls, both of Allentown, with harassment; the three followed an 18-year-old Breinigsville woman from the customer service area at , 1091 Mill Creek Road, May 21 into the parking lot to confront her, police said; one of the 17-year-olds punched the victim in the nose during an argument; charges filed against the three before Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner; police did not specify injury.

Access device fraud: Reported May 17 by Keith Ostfeld, 29, of 1091 Timberidge Lane; victim's bank account information was used to open a fraudulent FedEx account, police said.

Charged: Hector R. Medina, 34, of Allentown; May 12 with retail theft at , 1091 Mill Creek Road; placed a 32-inch HDTV in a shopping cart and attempted to leave the store without paying for the TV, police said; no value given.

Charged: Michael Gabriel Anderson, 19, of Macungie; May 18 with underage drinking in the 7000 block of Tuscany Drive; was found to be intoxicated while , knocking on a door in the neighborhood, police said.

Criminal mischief: Reported May 21 by Ashlee Ray Morrell of Pottstown, Montgomery County; minor damage received to the passenger-side door of vehicle parked at , Medical Center Road, police said.
