Man Charged with Pushing Woman

The following arrest information was supplied by the Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville recently reported these Lower Macungie incidents:

Charged: Shaniqua Carter Anderson, 29, with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; took the vehicle of Tyrone Void from a garage at 4654 Spar Landing without consent on Jan. 8, police said.

Criminal mischief: Reported Jan. 2 by Leyna Adrienne Ortiz at 1347 Butternut Lane; objects thrown at residence causing $400 in damage, police said.

Charged: Charles Howard Spangenberg, 58, of Trexlertown; Jan. 8 with harassment; incident began with an argument between the accused and a 38-year-old Breinigsville man in the 6700 block of Lower Macungie Road; Spangenberg grabbed the other man with both hands by the shirt and pushed him, leaving red abrasions on his neck, police said; charges filed in District Court.

Charged: Kelly Joseph Washburn, 42, of Walnutport; Jan. 8 with harassment and criminal mischief in the 5800 block of Lower Macungie Road; Washburn argued with and pushed one of two women, ages 49 and 34, police said; Washburn left the home and kicked the vehicle of one of the women, leaving a dent; he then fled on foot.

Criminal mischief: Reported Jan. 11 by a 38-year-old woman at 5397 Princeton Road; front passenger's side vehicle window smashed, police said; no value given.

Theft: Reported Jan. 11 by Degorah Jean Garlicki of Breinigsville; wallet stolen from unattended handbag in locker room at 24/7 Fitness, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., police said; no value given.
