Man Left Obscene Image on Vehicle in Kohl's Parking Lot, Police Say
Witness turned him in, leading to his arrest outside of the store.
A 65-year-old Macungie-area man was charged Jan. 2 with leaving pornographic materieals for someone else to find on a vehicle in a Lower Macungie department store parking lot, according to police.
Richard Alan Xydias placed a graphic image of adults downloaded from the Internet on a vehicle at , 6900 Hamilton Blvd., said state police at Fogelsville. Police did not say whether Xydias knew the owner of that vehicle.
Police said Xydias was parked in the back of the parking lot waiting for the owner to discover the image about 9:30 a.m. They said a witness saw the occurrence and called police.

Police arrested Xydias in the parking lot and charged him with having obscene and other sexual materials and performances. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 610-395-1438.
