It is unknown whether the car in the most recent incident had tinted windows or whether that detail simply was not reported to police.
In the October incident, a man attempted to lure a 9-year-old boy into his vehicle at 4647 Berwyn Lane. The man said, "I just came from Giant, and I want you to try some of my ice cream," police said at the time. The boy ran and the man drove away.
