Other Half of Macungie's 'Bonnie & Clyde' Pleads Guilty

A Macungie man faces a stiff prison sentence after stealing a police car and leading a wild chase through Camden and Philadelphia.

Blake Bills, 25, of Macungie, pleaded guilty in court this week to a list of charges stemming from a drug-fueled joy ride in a stolen police car in Camden, N.J., and Philadelphia in March.

Sentencing for Bills is scheduled for Nov. 18, according to Philly.com. He could get up to 39 years in prison.

His girlfriend, Shayna Sykes, 23, of Macungie, was recently sentenced to three to eight years in state prison, according to an NBC report.

The Camden police chief called the pair a "junkie version" of Bonnie and Clyde after they stole an unoccupied police car and hit a police officer, breaking his leg.

They sped across the Ben Franklin Bridge into Philadelphia, where police pulled them over. Sykes then jumped out of the cruiser and stole a second police car while Bills was being questioned, police said.

Sykes and Bills still face a slew of charges in New Jersey. The two have a history of heroin use.
