Pair Cited for Harassing Each Other

First, man won't let woman exit a Lower Macungie home, then he won't let her back in, according to police.

An altercation Sept. 15 between a man and woman in the Shepherd Hills section of Lower Macungie Township may have had them so mad they didn't know whether they were coming or going.

What they received were harassment citations from police to help them figure it out.

An argument broke out at 9:11 a.m. between Kelly Jean Moran and Michael John Peloso at a home in the 5000 block of Wedge Lane, according to state police at Fogelsville. The argument became physical when Moran attempted to leave through the back door.

Peloso physically kept her from leaving and shouted obscenities at her, police said. Moran broke free by pushing and scratching him, causing red scratch marks on Peloso's left bicep and forearm.

Now outside the home, Moran tried to regain entry through the front door, police said. This time Peloso tried to block her from coming inside.
