Police: BB Shooters Take Aim at Windows

At least three incidents -- two near each other -- are reported over several days, troopers say.

One or more shooters in Lower Macungie Township are either very good shots or very bad ones, depending on their motives.

State police at Fogelsville recently reported what is at least the third incident of BB pellets breaking windows of township homes. Two of the three reported incidents are in close proximity to one another. None likely occurred on the same date.

The most recent was reported by Helen Harvey of the 6000 block of Timberknoll Drive. She estimated that a pellet damaged a rear window between 5 p.m. Sept. 30 and 1 p.m. Oct. 1, police said. The estimated damage was $400.
