Police: Party-pooper Gets Harassment Citation

Township man threatened to assault another guest, police say.

A Lower Macungie Township man was the life of the party on Sept. 3, but not in a good way, according to police.

Joel Raymond Fenstermaker, 39, of Hunt Drive, confronted a man at the party held at 3772 Knight Drive in Lower Macungie, according to . Fenstermaker threatened to assault Scott James Phillips, 51, of White Haven, Luzerne County, just after midnight.

Police did not specify the type of party, but Fenstermaker left with a lovely parting gift -- a citation for harassment for his efforts, according to police. The citation was filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner of Upper Macungie Township.
