Porn Video of Lower Mac Girl Under Investigation by State Police

XXX movie found online involving area 17-year-old could bring charges of sexual abuse of children if others involved are caught, troopers report.

State police at Fogelsville are investigating the circumstances and those involved in a sexually explicit video that appeared online and includes a 17-year-old Lower Macungie Township girl, according to a police report.

The report does not state whether the girl was a willing participant or was forced to perform sexual acts against her will, but the incident is being investigated as a case of sexual abuse of children because the girl is a juvenile. The girl's street of residence is given, but is not being reported by Patch because of the nature of the charges.

The investigation came about because the video was located online and reported to police on Feb. 20, police said.

Under Pennsylvania statutes, anyone who knowingly permits a child under age 18 to engage in a prohibited sexual act or simulation is guilty of a felony in the second degree. The same is true under the Crimes Code of Pennsylvania if they know or should know that the subject being photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded is underage.

Police did not indicate any arrests and said the investigation is ongoing.
