Porn Video of Lower Mac Girl Under Investigation by State Police

XXX movie found online involving area 17-year-old could bring charges of sexual abuse of children if others involved are caught, troopers report.

State police at Fogelsville are investigating the circumstances and those involved in a sexually explicit video that appeared online and includes a 17-year-old Lower Macungie Township girl, according to a police report.

The report does not state whether the girl was a willing participant or was forced to perform sexual acts against her will, but the incident is being investigated as a case of sexual abuse of children because the girl is a juvenile. The girl's street of residence is given, but is not being reported by Patch because of the nature of the charges.

The investigation came about because the video was located online and reported to police on Feb. 20, police said.

Under Pennsylvania statutes, anyone who knowingly permits a child under age 18 to engage in a prohibited sexual act or simulation is guilty of a felony in the second degree. The same is true under the Crimes Code of Pennsylvania if they know or should know that the subject being photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded is underage.

Police did not indicate any arrests and said the investigation is ongoing.

Thank You for not printing the street location of the girl's home!! The news is sad enough. . to take the high road jounalistically and allow the child/family some privacy is AWESOME! We as a society are so quick to wield whatever power we may have at our disposal to bash on others. It is refresing to see someone - - especially in journalism - - choose to practice a better behavior!!

The news is getting bad, we protect these kids that darn well know what they are doing, I sure did at 17, that need punishment more than protection, but yet we have people getting smacked around by spouses or bf's and gf's, and people getting harrassed by those same people and nothing more than a PFA is done, but let some teenager be stupid and post a video of themselves and we have a whole crime team investigating.
