SHARE YOUR PHOTOS: Sandy Blows in, Takes her Toll

Hurricane Sandy's very high winds blew through Macungie, Lower Mac and Alburtis on Monday and Tuesday.

Sandy blew in Monday and, fortunately, did not stay as long as predicted. Nor did she flood as much as she might have.

And though Gov. Tom Corbett says Pennsylvania "dodged a bullet" because Hurricane Sandy fell short of her potential, she still brought along very high winds as her weapon of choice.

Kalmbach Park lost what some estimate to be about 50 pine trees that were blown over roots and all. Other trees and utility poles around the area snapped in half as a result of Sally's ferocity.
