Police Bag Fugitives Outside Lower Mac Store

One shopping at Wal-Mart was wanted for Delaware bank robbery, officials say.

Two Delaware men got more than they bargained for recently after shopping at in Lower Macungie Township.

Their stop at the store ended with the two being arrested on fugitive from justice warrants when it was learned they were wanted in Delaware for charges including bank robbery, according to .

Police were not specific as to how the two were identified, such as whether a credit card was used or a driver's license shown. They both entered and left the store at 1091 Mill Creek Road and were stopped by state police as they drove away, police said.There was no mention of charges regarding anything that went on inside the store or whether any purchase was made.

However, somehow the two were identified as fugitives. Arrested without incident was Dennis Rogers III, 21, of Dover. He was wanted for bank robbery and another robbery, police said. A 17-year-0ld junvenile from Smyrna also wanted in Delaware for an undisclosed crime.
