State Police Release Lower Macungie Incidents

recently released the following incidents in Lower Macungie Township:
Harassment: Investigated by police Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. at 1674 Pinewind Drive; three boys between the ages of 8 and 9 and with Alburtis-area addresses were accused of throwing rocks at a 9-year-old boy with an Alburtis-area address, police said; two rocks struck the victim in the back; no injuries specified.
Burglary: Reported Sept. 10 at two 5573 Hamilton Blvd. businesses; Divine Redesign and Care Net of the Lehigh Valley were broken into and several items taken, police said; no value given.

Criminal mischief: Reported Sept. 25 by Robert Bryan of the 2800 block of Golf Circle; eggs thrown at car and toilet paper wrapped around outside, police said; no permanent damage.
Theft/criminal mischief: Reported Sept. 26 at 1116 Mill Creek Road; an unlocked track excavator owned by A Scott Enterprises Inc. of Saylorsburg, Monroe County, was entered; side mirror taken and windshield damaged, police said; total value of loss $200.

Criminal mischief: Reported Sept. 25 in the 2000 block of Aster Road, 7000 block of Columbine Road and Route 100; several mailboxes damaged overnight, police said.
Charged: Esteban Soto, 49, Sept. 24 at 7651 Racite Road with simple assault; punched Aurelia Cruz, 66, in the face, causing minor injury, police said.
Charged: Nicole Kristine Scott, 23, of East Texas Sept. 23 with harassment for striking an unnamed 20-year-old in the 5500 block of East Texas Road, police said; Scott entered the victim's bedroom and confronted her about going into her room; minor unspecified injury reported.
Criminal mischief: Reported Sept. 26 by a resident at 2151 Goldenrod Drive; garage doors damaged when someone took a running jump and slammed into both doors, causing large dents, police said; no damage estimate given.
Charged: Kenneth Kucinski, 33, of Alburtis; Sept. 22 at , 1091 Millcreek Road; verbal argument in the parking lot escalated to Kucinski shoving a 16-year-old boy, police said; citation issued.
Charged: Chevelle Mejias, 40, of Allentown; Sept. 26 with retail theft at Wal-Mart, 1091 Mill Creek Road; Mejias paid for groceries but concealed $54 in merchandise in her purse, police said.
