Charged: Paul Falcone of 3760 Knight Drive; at 11 a.m. June 26 with simple assault of Rosemarie Falcone of the same address; police said Paul Falcone held a knife to the victim's neck.
Found: 4-GB iPod Nano in the Ancient Oaks area; anyone wishing to claim may call 610-395-1438.

Charged: Brittany Lynn Boyer of Emmaus and Nicole Marie Loughlin of Alburtis; both June 23 with retail theft at Kohl's Department Store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd.; concealed items in their purses and attempted to leave store without paying, police said; value exceeded $100.
Theft: Reported June 6 by Theresa Johnson of Emmaus; undisclosed amount of money removed from her unlocked vehicle parked in the 1700 block of Pinewind Drive, police said.

Access device fraud: Reported June 29 by Constance Kavounas of the 3300 block of Marworth Court; credit card information was accessed and several purchases made between June 23 and 29, police said; no value given.
Charged: Kevin Guadron, 18, of Breinigsville on July 10 at Route 100 and Creamery Road, with underage drinking after he sought assistance from police to get home; police said Guadron showed signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcohol.
Theft: Reported July 5 by Lower Macungie Township at Sauerkraut Lane at one-lane bridge; stop signs stolen from bridge, police said; no value given.
Charged: Amy E. Danner, 42, of Macungie; June 9 following motor vehicle accident at Springcreek Road and Oak Drive; cited for failure to drive at a safe speed, police said, after a 1:11 p.m. accident; police reported Danner received a minor injury in the crash with Thomas S. Hemphill, 85, of Alburtis.
Charged: Amanda L. Valente, 29, of Alburtis; July 9 following motor vehicle accident at Alburtis and Schoeneck roads; cited for failing to stay within her lane after colliding with the vehicle driven by William H. Rappold, 67, of Selinsgrove, Snyder County; Rappold's vehicle was stopped at a stop sign and Valente's vehicle approached from behind; Valente became distracted and struck Rappold's vehicle, police said.
