Charged: 11 people ages 19 and 20 with underage drinking at 4 a.m. July 17 at 2155 Gorton Road; police responded to disturbance and loud party at the address and observed underage drinking party with large amounts of alcohol inside the residence, police said.
Charged: Wayne Bryon Smith, 44; July 21 with unauthorized use of motor vehicle; took the car of his mother-in-law without authorization from the home they shared in the 7000 block of Buttercup Road, police said; Smith later was found at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest for an undisclosed reason and the vehicle remains missing.

Charged: Lee Christopher Lugo, 25, of Allentown; July 23 with retail theft at , 1091 Millcreek Road; Lugo walked out of the store with a full cart without paying, police said; merchandise valued at $526.
Theft: Reported July 23 by New Vision Homes, 6161 Hamilton Blvd.; pile of scrap metal taken between June 23 and July 23 that was stored to the rear of the property along with trailer hitches, police said; no value given.

Charged: Shawn Greathouse, 30, of Breinigsville; July 22 for driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving following motor vehicle accident at Route 222 near Interstate 78, police said; vehicle driven by Bruce Fosselman, 57, of Lower Macungie was stopped at a traffic light on Route 222 and was struck from behind by the vehicle driven by Greathouse, who allegedly was distracted by a ringing cell phone.
Hit-and-run: Reported July 21 at 7529 Mountain Road; unknown vehicle scraped the side of a building between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. and headed north on Schoeneck Road, police said; call police at 610-395-1438 with information.
Charged: Ydalina Roa-Otano, 54, of Easton: July 19 with retail theft at , 6900 Hamilton Blvd.; attempted to take $214 in merchandise without paying, police said.
Theft: Reported July 24 by Karen Ann Ogden of 1686 Pinewind Drive; water pump taken from basement window well between July 10 and 24, police said; no value given.
