Branches were used to form the symbol outside woman's home, police say.

said someone rang the doorbell of Lori Ann Kegley at 1659 Promise Lane several times about 1:30 a.m. July 9. Whoever rang the doorbell ran when the door was answered. However, the resident noticed that broken tree branches were used to form a swastika outside the door.
