Teen Reports Nude Photos of Her Sent on Facebook

State police investigate source of images in Lower Macungie case.

State Police at Fogelsville are investigating a report that a Lower Macungie Township teen was e-mailed nude photographs of herself over the Internet.

Police recently released a report that a teen in the 5200 block of Brockton Court on Feb. 8 reported receiving the photos e-mailed through a Facebook account. Police did not indicate how the sender obtained the photos. They have classified the activity as sexual abuse of children. They ask that anyone with information call them at 610-395-1438.

State police also reported that an Alburtis man was mildly injured March 28 in a two-vehicle accident on Route 222 at Krocks Road.

Stacey M. Shetter, 35, of Allentown was traveling north on Route 222 and began to turn left onto Krocks Road. Shetter turned her Volvo in front of the Prizm driven by Gregory S. Odor, 20, of Alburtis, police said. Odor was traveling south on Route 222 when the cars collided.

Odor was transported by Cetronia Ambulance to St. Luke's Hospital-Allentown with a minor injury, police said. No one else was reported injured in the crash.

Shetter was cited for making an improper turn, police said.

In other state police incidents involving Lower Macungie Township:

Charged: Libertad Hassan, 52, and Jessica Herraera, 26, no addresses given; March 29 with retail theft at Kohl's Department Store, Lower Macungie Road; attempted to take women's clothing items from store without paying, police said; stopped at exit by store security; $36.24 value.

Charged: Rhonda Lee Simmons, 41, March 29 with harassment-domestic violence; Simmons shoved her 19-year-old son who accused her of being intoxicated in the 6700 block of Lower Macungie Road, police said.

Arrested: Dennis Riddick, 35, of the 200 block of Lenape Trail, Allentown; at 2:11 a.m. March 28; stopped for failing to drive within travel lane on Route 222 at N. Krocks Road; displayed signs of intoxication during traffic stop, police said.

Theft: Reported by Victoria Smock, 64, of 5327 Brunswick Lane; between March 26 and 28 credit card used by someone without authorization, police said; $225 purchase successful, but additional attempted use was unsuccessful; classified as  access device fraud.

Arrested: Taimah T. Wynder, 33, address not provided; 1:16 a.m. March 26 for driving under the influence at Brookside Road and Hamilton Boulevard; Wynder stopped for traffic violation and trooper suspected intoxication during the traffic stop, police said; failed field sobriety test; charges pending blood-alcohol results.
